Thanks to everyone for their condolences over the past several weeks. I am slowly working my way through things and getting back into a more normal work pattern.

Until Jan31st.10 - 30% of pattern sales from Oceanwind Knits (available via Oceanwind Knits or Ravelry) and 15% of yarn sales will be donated to the Doctors Without Borders emergency relief effort in Haiti.

Hi, there - just wanted to let folks know there are some new items posted in the shop - Seabreez Lace, Merino Seacell Fingering, Shawl Pins and Merino Laceweights.
Also the Balsam Shawl pattern, knit in fingering weight merino, is now available.
Note - due to a family emergency, any yarn/fibre items currently on order and/or ordered as of today will be shipping (hopefully) next week, by the 14th. My apologies for the delay. Sometimes, things just cannot be avoided.

No, not that Woodstock. But it’s sure to be a good time, regardless. Woodstock, Ontario is hosting a Fleece Festival this weekend, the first. I can’t imagine a Fleece Festival not being a good time. Hope to see you there!
I’ll be bringing this with me:
… hot off the press, barely dry from blocking, along with as much yarn/fibre as will fit in my Toyota.
